By booking our services, you grant First Hello Imaging, LLC permission to photograph or record your session for use in our promotional materials, website, and social media. This 'Grant of Rights' is irrevocable and allows us to share the magic of our studio with the community. You agree that these images/videos may be edited or used in various formats for any lawful marketing purpose, helping us tell the story of the families we serve. 

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the final versions of the Media, and I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for its use. I release First Hello Imaging, LLC from any future claims, including those related to privacy, publicity, or defamation, arising from the professional use of these images or recordings. 

By utilizing our services, you grant First Hello Imaging permission to use anonymized images or videos for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. We ensure that all identifying personal information is removed to maintain your privacy and confidentiality.  

We love sharing the joy of your journey! By booking with us, you agree to allow First Hello Imaging LLC to use images or videos  obtained during your session for social media,  marketing  and advertising use. We promise to keep your personal details 100% private.  

 By Booking our services, I verify that I am over the age of 18 and authorized to enter into this agreement.   This agreement is binding upon me, as well as my heirs, executors, and representatives, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
