Welcome to First Hello Imaging Elective ultrasound Services

 At First Hello Imaging all of our ultrasounds and packages are elective and do not fall under the scope of "medical scans" for diagnostic purposes.  All of our scan's & packages are intended solely for bonding and entertainment purposes (e.g., to view the fetus, learn baby's gender or obtain "keepsake" images).

We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment of patient's.

Our services are not a replacement for prenatal care from a licensed healthcare provider.

Under no circumstances will First Hello Imaging, its employees, agents or staff be held liable for any injury or damages that may occur to  the mother or of the fetus(es) as a result of any ultrasound performed on the mother by First Hello Imaging, its employees, agents or staff. 

 By booking an appointment with First Hello Imaging, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services
Our ultrasound services are strictly non-medical and elective. They are provided solely for bonding, entertainment, and keepsake purposes. These sessions are not a substitute for professional prenatal care, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

2. No Diagnostic Guarantee
You understand that these images are not intended to determine the health status of the mother and/or the fetus(es) now or at the time of birth. Our staff will not screen for anomalies, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, image quality, or fetal behavior during your session. 

 3. Client Eligibility & Requirements
By proceeding with your booking, you affirm that:

• Age: You are at least 18 years old (or accompanied by a legal guardian with written consent).
• Medical Supervision: You are currently under the active care of a licensed physician and/or midwife for this pregnancy.
• Pregnancy Status: You have no known high-risk complications unless expressly approved by your medical provider for an elective session.

4. Limitation of Use
You agree that all images and services provided are for personal entertainment only. They must not be used at any time for medical diagnosis or clinical assessment.
 

 1. Session Duration
Appointments typically range from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on your selected package and the baby's cooperation.

2. Image Quality & Expectations
While we strive to provide the highest quality keepsakes, please understand that clear images are not guaranteed. Results are highly dependent on factors beyond our control, such as:

• Fetal position and activity.
• Gestational age and amniotic fluid levels.
• Maternal body habitus and placental placement.

3. Complimentary Reschedule Policy
In the event that we are unable to obtain viewable images due to the baby’s position, First Hello Imaging may, at its sole discretion, offer a complimentary follow-up session. Our goal is to ensure you have a wonderful bonding experience, and we will always try our hardest to capture the best images possible. 

By choosing to use our services, you (the "Client") agree to release, waive, and hold harmless First Hello Imaging, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Elective & Non-Diagnostic Services: Any outcomes related to the performance of elective ultrasound scans, which are conducted solely for keepsake and bonding purposes and not for medical assessment.
• Misinterpretation of Services: Any claims resulting from a misunderstanding of the session's scope, including the fact that our services are not a substitute for professional prenatal care.
• Fetal Behavior & Image Clarity: Any dissatisfaction or emotional distress caused by the clarity of images, fetal positioning, or the level of fetal activity during the session.
• Incidental Findings: Any incidental observations made during the session. You acknowledge that our staff are not authorized to interpret such findings, and we are not liable for any failure to identify, report, or provide medical follow-up for potential medical conditions

By utilizing our services, you grant First Hello Imaging permission to use anonymized images or videos for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. We ensure that all identifying personal information is removed to maintain your privacy and confidentiality.  

We love sharing the joy of your journey! By booking with us, you agree to allow First Hello Imaging LLC to use images or videos  obtained during your session for social media,  marketing  and advertising use. We promise to keep your personal details 100% private.  

 First Hello Imaging is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session, without refund, for any individual who: 

• Non-Compliance: Fails to adhere to any of the Terms and Conditions or safety protocols outlined in our service agreement.
• Inappropriate Conduct: Displays threatening, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other patrons.
• Falsification of Information: Provides false or misleading information during the booking process or regarding their medical history and current prenatal care. 

First Hello Imaging reserves the right to update or modesty these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
